Everything about working with Precision was easy. I was given multiple options when scheduling my appointment, which was very convenient. I received an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, as well as a text message. My tech notified me a half hour before he arrived. The tech explained multiple options to me regarding the services they could provide. Once I decided on the service, the job was completed very quickly. The tech had all the parts and equipment with him to do the job right away. No going back to the warehouse. The tech was very friendly and professional. The entire experience was top-notch. I discovered our small garage door spring was broken on Saturday morning as we were leaving for our grandsons basketball game. I found Precision Door on the web when we returned later that morning. To my surprise, they answered (I thought I would have to wait until Monday). The very nice young lady on the phone said they could have a technician out that afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. A short time later Zoran called and said he was free and could arrive within the hour. Just as promised he arrived 45mins later. He was exceptionally friendly and during his inspection pointed out to me that the rollers were done for and he could replace them is I chose. I told him I would like that and an hour later he had the spring and rollers replaced. The door is 18 yrs old and now operates better than when it was new! I thought the price was very fair given it was Saturday and unscheduled. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

We call Precision at 8 pm on Thursday and Al was able to be at our house by 10:30 am Friday. Al was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. He was quick and efficient. He replaced our cables, springs, rollers, got the door back on the tracks all within an hour. The cost was resonable. Thank you Al and Precision!

Anthony Wise was our service man. He was very friendly and explained a little bit about him and the company. He explained thoroughly the options we had to repair our door. I did not feel pressured in any way by his sales technique. We needed to repair the springs only but decided to have all moving parts repaired with lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold us. We our very happy with the job he did and our door is working great! I really liked how an email was sent out prior to the appt. so I knew who would be coming to our house. We would definitely refer others to use this company! Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service and response time and the technician was very knowledgeable. He recognized immediately that I had a problem with the rollers and alignment and went out of his way to do what was required. I am now awaiting a follow up for a keyless pad to be installed and I understand that his truck is out of service. Please remind Rob that I am waiting for the keyless entry pad.
