Everything about working with Precision was easy. I was given multiple options when scheduling my appointment, which was very convenient. I received an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, as well as a text message. My tech notified me a half hour before he arrived. The tech explained multiple options to me regarding the services they could provide. Once I decided on the service, the job was completed very quickly. The tech had all the parts and equipment with him to do the job right away. No going back to the warehouse. The tech was very friendly and professional. The entire experience was top-notch. Precision had someone out to address my garage door problems within a few hours. The job was done quickly, completely and now all is fine with the door. I discovered our small garage door spring was broken on Saturday morning as we were leaving for our grandsons basketball game. I found Precision Door on the web when we returned later that morning. To my surprise, they answered (I thought I would have to wait until Monday). The very nice young lady on the phone said they could have a technician out that afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. A short time later Zoran called and said he was free and could arrive within the hour. Just as promised he arrived 45mins later. He was exceptionally friendly and during his inspection pointed out to me that the rollers were done for and he could replace them is I chose. I told him I would like that and an hour later he had the spring and rollers replaced. The door is 18 yrs old and now operates better than when it was new! I thought the price was very fair given it was Saturday and unscheduled. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

Zoran repaired our door and replaced the battery in the liftmaster. His knowledge was only outshined by his professionalism. He arrived on time and did top notch repairs. I had called to schedule service on a snapped torsion spring on 11/29. Fully expecting a week or more wait time, I was delighted to hear that they were able to dispatch a technician within 24 hrs. I also loved that the dispatcher was able to give me a very realistic window for service (12pm-2pm). Was also pleasantly surprised to hear that Anthony was able to make it nearly two full hours early before that window as well. We call Precision at 8 pm on Thursday and Al was able to be at our house by 10:30 am Friday. Al was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. He was quick and efficient. He replaced our cables, springs, rollers, got the door back on the tracks all within an hour. The cost was resonable. Thank you Al and Precision!

Jim, Actually a little disappointed in this experience. $215 to put some rollers in the door and not fix it is ridiculous when the problem was the drive gear: which had a broken tooth. For another $719, I could get a new operator. Really? I may just go to Sue McConnell at BBB in Cleveland for this one. Happy to discuss with you Jim, Bill Moore 440-591-0989

My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor.
