I needed repairs on the bottom corner of my door and sealing strip due to a rodent having chewed its way in and taken up residence. Precision's service was prompt and at the time they promised. Paul did a great job of explaining what he needed to do and getting it done without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The job was completed a day ahead of when it was promised. I would definitely hire Precision again.

I am extremely satisfied with our new garage door opener and hardware! Paul was very informative of the work that needed done but I was more concerned about a product that would last and not have to hassle with it anytime soon! We ended up replacing the whole unit and all parts necessary for superior performance and we are very happy with it as well as the Lifetime Warranty! Can

Had a spring break on our garage door and Anthony came out to fix it. He immediately noticed other problems with the door which could lead to much more severe issues. He presented us with all our fix options and the price points for each. We quickly came to an agreement on what needs to be addressed. Anthony was done with the fix within an hour and the door is now working better than it did before. All along he was very friendly and professional.

Service Tech arrived promptly and the replacement of the broken torsion spring (2) and door roller's were replaced in a short period of time. Tech explained additional services available that I declined; he did not try to "push" this on me which I appreciated. Rate this service as a 5 Star'

Anthony Wise was our service man. He was very friendly and explained a little bit about him and the company. He explained thoroughly the options we had to repair our door. I did not feel pressured in any way by his sales technique. We needed to repair the springs only but decided to have all moving parts repaired with lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold us. We our very happy with the job he did and our door is working great! I really liked how an email was sent out prior to the appt. so I knew who would be coming to our house. We would definitely refer others to use this company! Thank you.

4 stars when he was at out home....but then we haven't heard from him since!!! I even called to FU and 4 Days have gone by and NO QUOTE or FOLLOW UP! So I'd say maybe 1 star is your rating and now i have to go find someone else who's willing to actually WORK FOR THIS PROJECT! '

We love our new garage door! The premium cherry color is beautiful and it makes our house look brand new. We are very happy with the new opener that is so quiet. We are glad that we also got the key pad for easy entry, if we don't have our opener with us. The installation went very smoothly,quickly,and efficiently. Matt did a great job and was very professional. We appreciated that Jim,the owner, also came out to make sure that we were pleased with the installation. Purchased a Groupon to have garage door inspected with minor maintenance performed. Also, assisted my husband electronically link the garage door opener to the Homelink system in our new car which we were having trouble connecting.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had a spring break the day before Thanksgiving, while my house was on the market. Precision charged a reasonable service call fee and came out that day! Technician was knowledgeable and gave great service. I would highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the service and response time and the technician was very knowledgeable. He recognized immediately that I had a problem with the rollers and alignment and went out of his way to do what was required. I am now awaiting a follow up for a keyless pad to be installed and I understand that his truck is out of service. Please remind Rob that I am waiting for the keyless entry pad.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank Brad and Precision for the prompt, professional and high quality repair that was performed at our residence. Brad made my call a priority, reviewed the problem, informed me of the cost and performed the service. He did his best to keep the cost lower by utilizing some of the existing materials where he could and was a pleasure to work with. While repairing a garage door is not something I want to spend money on, I felt that we received prompt, high quality service and it was well worth the money spent. I am very glad I found Precision Door. You all have been wonderful to work with from the people that answer the phone and especially our technician Al Fleming. Al explained everything we needed to know abouy our new PDS-4700e operator and was very patient answering all my questions. When my safety sensors stopped working Al walked me through evicting the spider that had moved in, causing the problem. Thank you all so much.

Precision was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling an appointment was very easy with their flexible scheduling. Anthony called when he was on the way and arrived on time. While he was there, Anthony suggested some repairs, but did not pressure me into buying anything. I was impressed that he had everything in the van with him to make the necessary repairs and also install a new opener. Everything was completed very thoroughly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision and Anthony.
