Brad made my call a priority, reviewed the problem, informed me of the cost and performed the service. He did his best to keep the cost lower by utilizing some of the existing materials where he could and was a pleasure to work with. I am very glad I found Precision Door. You all have been wonderful to work with from the people that answer the phone and especially our technician Al Fleming. Al explained everything we needed to know abouy our new PDS-4700e operator and was very patient answering all my questions. When my safety sensors stopped working Al walked me through evicting the spider that had moved in, causing the problem. Thank you all so much.
