John was able to fix my door working great! Looking forward to the new doors they will be installing in a few weeks. The old fiber board faciings on our current doors have given up after 30+ years of service. John was early to arrive and got to work promptly after explaining all my options. John was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly reccomend Precision Door Service.

I had called to schedule service on a snapped torsion spring on 11/29. Fully expecting a week or more wait time, I was delighted to hear that they were able to dispatch a technician within 24 hrs. I also loved that the dispatcher was able to give me a very realistic window for service (12pm-2pm). Was also pleasantly surprised to hear that Anthony was able to make it nearly two full hours early before that window as well. When Anthony arrived he was professional, personable, courteous, honest and quick with the job. Will absolutely use your company for future work! Thank you!

My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to others, and of course, if we need service in the future, we don't plan to call anyone else! ...Paul Sutton

I received your company's name through Angie's list. I did like the reappointment email with the name and image of who would be doing the service call. When Anthony arrived he was very nice and informative about questions I had. He went above and beyond the service call special I had secured through Angie's list, even using a hammer to break up the ice on my drive so the door would close. Will definitely use you again!

Had a spring break on our garage door and Anthony came out to fix it. He immediately noticed other problems with the door which could lead to much more severe issues. He presented us with all our fix options and the price points for each. We quickly came to an agreement on what needs to be addressed. Anthony was done with the fix within an hour and the door is now working better than it did before. All along he was very friendly and professional.

Service Tech arrived promptly and the replacement of the broken torsion spring (2) and door roller's were replaced in a short period of time. Tech explained additional services available that I declined; he did not try to "push" this on me which I appreciated. Rate this service as a 5 Star'

We love our new garage door! The premium cherry color is beautiful and it makes our house look brand new. We are very happy with the new opener that is so quiet. We are glad that we also got the key pad for easy entry, if we don't have our opener with us. The installation went very smoothly,quickly,and efficiently. Matt did a great job and was very professional. We appreciated that Jim,the owner, also came out to make sure that we were pleased with the installation. Zoran repaired our door and replaced the battery in the liftmaster. His knowledge was only outshined by his professionalism. He arrived on time and did top notch repairs. Explained exactly what the problem was and how it should be rectified. I will ALWAYS rely on Precision garage doors from now on and you should too!! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you Zoran!!
