Precision Door was able to respond to our need to replace the sensors that had separated from the bracket attached to the door guide rail within 24 hours of our call. The technician, Paul Broschk, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, friendly and he completed the work in a timely manner. He provided me with an explanation of my door problem and how to address the solution. He also replaced batteries that I had very little knowledge of. Precision is now my garage door “go to” company

Dealing with the company was a very positive experience. I called the company in the morning and they were very helpful and told me they would have someone here to my house between noon and two. My garage door was open and I couldn't close it and so is imperative that I get someone out to see it as soon as possible. The person that answered the call was very helpful. The technician that was assigned to my house kept me posted as to where he was and when he be there. I believe his name was Bill he was very courteous and very helpful. I googled companies who fix garage doors and Precision came up with glowing reviews. I read several and I contacted them for a service repair. In my email confirmation, there were pictures of service technicians who would possible report. I believe that to be an exceptional customer service method. Although assigned another tech, Bill Adamini called the next morning at the beginning of the service scheduled time. He arrived much earlier than expected and was courtesy, thorough and polite. he was also knowledgeable about my issues and addressed them all. Bill was respectful of my time and very professional. Fantastic Service! I'm a repeat customer (had new openers installed several months ago by Bill Adamini, who was great), and I was a bit leery of getting a technician this time that was relatively new to your business. Prince Robinson proved my wrong! He was very professional and personal. He called ahead and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, needed a new spring, but I ended up opting for your rebuild package since my doors were about 20 years old (I decided to have both doors done). Prince told me it would take about 3 hours, and he was right on. His work clearly met my high expectations. I wish all technicians and businesses operated as stellar as Prince and Precision.

The service technician was excellent. He demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the system. Anthony was on time and completed the repair earlier than expected. The price was fair and Anthony was able to explain and show me why I needed the repairs he recommended. Upon completion of the repair there was an immediate improvement on how the operated.
