Hi, I went out to open my garage this morning and it appeared to go off track. I found this company(randomly and it had a 5 star rating) and contacted them promptly due to inability to get my car out of the garage. I spoke to a very pleasant and extremely nice lady on the phone. I told her what had happened and needed assistance. She arranged for someone to come out to my home within an hour. The gentleman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He explained to me the different options available to repair/different costs after he assessed the garage door. He explained everything in detail and educated me on the care of the door after it was repaired. The garage door was repaired. It was made safer with the repairs and it comes with a 10 year guarantee!!. This company was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you !!

My entire experience was BEYOND great!! I called a little after 12pm yesterday, and Angela was very courteous able to schedule an appointment between 1-3pm yesterday to repair a broken spring. The assigned technician was Paul, and he arrived at my house by 1:30pm. Paul was EXTRAORDINARY!! He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the springs, replaced a plastic barring and checked the struts to ensure that the rod no longer had a "dip" across my garage door. Paul also checked the belt drive unit which we learned also needed to be replaced. He explained my options and installed the new belt drive unit. Paul applied oil to all the door hinges and gave me instructions on garage door maintenance. I can't thank him enough for his phenomenal service. I will contact Precision for any garage door issues!

I took a chance on Precision door. I was skeptical by the large advertisement thinking about their overhead and how this will probably cost an arm and a leg. But they charged a competitive fee which is understandable. More importantly, the job was done correctly. I called at 8am and the job was complete by 12PM. They replaced Motor, Key Pad and Sensors. The unit I had was 20 years old. I don't know they guys name who did the work, but he was he was honest and true, no bull. straight shooter. I know this because I have done mechanical repair my entire life, so I know what he was saying was true. I am older now, and not knowing the tricks of the trade, it would have taken me all day to do the job myself. It sucks getting old, but as they say, work smarter not harder. Have someone else do the job!

John Gilles is the Tech. that came out. He finished a job before me a little early so he called and stopped by sooner. I explained the problem and I had old wiring that caused the issue of the garage door not going up or down. He did not take long to fix it. John also did maintenance. Then I asked if he could install a new rubber on the lower part of the other garage door which he did. Previously, they installed a new garage door that still looks great. John explained everything and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. John also came out today. I didn't have to wait a few days.
