Dear Precision Team, Please continue to provide your services to the greater Cleveland Community. I couldn't find the paperwork showing when I first began to do business with your company but it has been at least 20 years. Your office staff found records that showed my last interaction (before this week, 08/17/2026) was back in 2011. That means your work on my garage door has lasted! This Monday I came out of the house to see my garage door was 4 inches higher off the ground on one side. I called the office and the staff member confirmed that I should not try to open the door. This call was at 9:05AM. Technician John left a voicemail at 9:36 saying he would be at my residence shortly. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He knew immediately the trouble was a broken cable. He showed the rusted cable and explained he would be replacing them. He gave the price before beginning work and also explained that all fees and taxes are included in the final price. My door was properly repaired by 10.10 AM. YOU. ROCK.

Michael was very professional in his diagnosis of my garage door! He suggested that instead of a “tune up”, I replace the rollers and he was also able to straighten out the track as well as program two openers for me! Only issue came when there was a problem with the payment which is fine as I have the invoice at this time and will pay promptly as well as use you guys again in the future!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because the ratings were pretty good and booking online was very easy. I booked a time that was scheduled for 12-2pm for installation and the tech called earlier and had an opening starting at 11am that was confirmed. The tech was on time as scheduled. Once here I showed him the concern > a snapped cable and he asked one question, when was the garage door last serviced and I shared about a year ago. Next, the tech shared that he would be installing 2 brand new cables and it should take him 15-20mins or so and he would be done. Towards the end I came out and noticed that he was lubricating the rollers, hinges and he changed two lightbulbs without confirmation from me. I thought this was just a part of the service from Precision since the tech took the initiative to do this without confirmation. I had just lubed everything 2-3 days before. In the end the tech was awesome with no complaints on his professionalism & workmanship (5 stars). But what brought the rating down to 3 stars is the fact that I was charged additional for a garage door tune up that I didn't request or have any idea that I would be charged for until the paperwork was presented and the work was completed.

Visit, installation went fine. I just wish the hardware (new lock) came in the same color as the vinyl doors to save my painting it with an unperfect match. No choices below quite match what was done. Not sure what to put for "product purchased." Mr. Wise installed a lock and key for one door because there is no person door. He also tuned up/lubricated the door(s) and opener. Thus charged considerably more than estimate I was given on the phone but I the person on phone was not definite. All okay.

The operator I talked to scheduled a technician and notated the present description of my garage door. She was quick, she told me the technicians name and explained the technician would call before arrival. The technician, who was Michael, called before arriving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Once, Michael arrived he was in a van with the company's logo on it, and he was very nice. He assessed the damage to the door and asked several questions about what I wanted, then he presented different options. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire installation process as well. I felt at ease and I would recommend Precision Garage Door.
