Michael was very professional in his diagnosis of my garage door! He suggested that instead of a “tune up”, I replace the rollers and he was also able to straighten out the track as well as program two openers for me! Only issue came when there was a problem with the payment which is fine as I have the invoice at this time and will pay promptly as well as use you guys again in the future!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because the ratings were pretty good and booking online was very easy. I booked a time that was scheduled for 12-2pm for installation and the tech called earlier and had an opening starting at 11am that was confirmed. The tech was on time as scheduled. Once here I showed him the concern > a snapped cable and he asked one question, when was the garage door last serviced and I shared about a year ago. Next, the tech shared that he would be installing 2 brand new cables and it should take him 15-20mins or so and he would be done. Towards the end I came out and noticed that he was lubricating the rollers, hinges and he changed two lightbulbs without confirmation from me. I thought this was just a part of the service from Precision since the tech took the initiative to do this without confirmation. I had just lubed everything 2-3 days before. In the end the tech was awesome with no complaints on his professionalism & workmanship (5 stars). But what brought the rating down to 3 stars is the fact that I was charged additional for a garage door tune up that I didn't request or have any idea that I would be charged for until the paperwork was presented and the work was completed.

Visit, installation went fine. I just wish the hardware (new lock) came in the same color as the vinyl doors to save my painting it with an unperfect match. No choices below quite match what was done. Not sure what to put for "product purchased." Mr. Wise installed a lock and key for one door because there is no person door. He also tuned up/lubricated the door(s) and opener. Thus charged considerably more than estimate I was given on the phone but I the person on phone was not definite. All okay.

The operator I talked to scheduled a technician and notated the present description of my garage door. She was quick, she told me the technicians name and explained the technician would call before arrival. The technician, who was Michael, called before arriving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Once, Michael arrived he was in a van with the company's logo on it, and he was very nice. He assessed the damage to the door and asked several questions about what I wanted, then he presented different options. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire installation process as well. I felt at ease and I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

Paul came to my home today to adjust a major gaps on both sides of the garage door letting in wind and snow in the winter and insects in the summer. Hi, I went out to open my garage this morning and it appeared to go off track. I found this company(randomly and it had a 5 star rating) and contacted them promptly due to inability to get my car out of the garage. I spoke to a very pleasant and extremely nice lady on the phone. I told her what had happened and needed assistance. She arranged for someone to come out to my home within an hour. The gentleman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He explained to me the different options available to repair/different costs after he assessed the garage door. He explained everything in detail and educated me on the care of the door after it was repaired. The garage door was repaired. It was made safer with the repairs and it comes with a 10 year guarantee!!. This company was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you !!

My entire experience was BEYOND great!! I called a little after 12pm yesterday, and Angela was very courteous able to schedule an appointment between 1-3pm yesterday to repair a broken spring. The assigned technician was Paul, and he arrived at my house by 1:30pm. Paul was EXTRAORDINARY!! He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the springs, replaced a plastic barring and checked the struts to ensure that the rod no longer had a "dip" across my garage door. Paul also checked the belt drive unit which we learned also needed to be replaced. He explained my options and installed the new belt drive unit. Paul applied oil to all the door hinges and gave me instructions on garage door maintenance. I can't thank him enough for his phenomenal service. I will contact Precision for any garage door issues!
