I received service in 2006 for the springs on my garage door which lasted up to now. I think they lasted good considering the heaviness of the door. My hope is this second set last just as long!

Five stars! The repair man that was sent to me name was Anthony and he was on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, polite and quick. We kept our (6 ft) distance because of the Covid 19 at a high right now but he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything like that. We still communicated from a safe distance when needed. I would most definitely recommend this company and this repairman if your undecided.

I HAD TO SEND YOU THIS FOLLOW-UP COMMENT ABOUT MATT'S SECOND VISIT TO HELP ME CONNECT THE HOMELINK BUTTON IN MY CAR. MATT CAME OUT SATURDAY MORNING AND SPENT 45 MINUTES ATTEMPTING TO GET EVERYTHING WORKING. UNFORTUNATELY IT DID NOT WORK. MATT SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME WITH AN ANSWER.
