Two days from the time I called Precision, the company door technician had installed a new garage door opener. At a home visit, John assessed the old, improperly installed garage door opener and outlined my options. He returned two days later and installed the correct opener. He worked efficiently and neatly. He was friendly and clearly explained what he was doing, what I needed to do (electrical outlets - code) and reviewed the operating procedures. The door works great! When I buy a new door, I’ll ask that John install it.

It never I cured to me what was wrong with my garage door when it would not open.. if it’s not the batteries in the opener than it’s broken. Googled garage door repair and Precision came up. I saw where you guys had 14 years in the business and called and set up an appointment. Courteous and informative young woman took my information and was pleasantly surprised when she offered a morning, Saturday appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 am. My Technition called and informed me he would be there by 8:10-15 and he was. Very polite, waited while I struggled to get the entry door open to the garage and stepped in to assist. He got the entry door open. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the garage door within 10 minutes ! The door was frozen to the ground! He noticed the noise coming from the rails, chains (?) and offered to lube them for me since the cost of the service fee would be the same and the added cost would be minimal. He answered a few questions for me regarding the door, very helpful and efficient! Thank you Precision, tune ups for my door will be forthcoming! Appreciate your business model and service.

I called because my opener wasn't responding..I am not sure what the problem was - I think something was interfering with the safety gizmo. Anyway, Paul came out and fixed it in about five minutes. Paul has fixed problems for me before, and, as usual, he was courteous and professional and did an excellent job

Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.

Your Technician, Will, came out to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was punctual, careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out out about the problems with the old door and proceeded to suggest a new door that exactly suites our needs. We look forward to the new door and believe Precision deserves its 5 star rating. To clarify, the service performed was an estimate on a garage door, not installation! An order was placed for the door.

Precision replaced our three garage doors. From the first call, Precision was very responsive to our inquiries about style to fit with our historic home, energy efficiency, cost, and installation. We dealt with Al Fleming throughout the process, and he was instrumental in making sure the doors fit and operated smoothly without significant changes to the structure of the openings. At all times, Precision got back to us in a timely fashion, worked with us as to scheduling, and were reliable in all aspects of the project. Mr. Petroff was a joy to have in our home . He is very courteous and instatntly built a relationship with me by his very complete explanation concerning the condition of our door. I felt that this was a very professional description of what the problem was and how it should be fixed . I also felt that he had our safety in mind as his utmost concern . I felt totally at ease with him and felt that he was very trust worthy . Mr Petroff is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door because of the quality of his technical expertise and the manner in which he interacted with me personally . Mr. Petroff keeps a very neat van and assures me that all the people , equipment and staff at Precision are top flight . Very professional service. We had same day service from our first phone call. We were given 3 options to fix or replace the 2 garage door openers. I felt no pressure while the decision was made. The doors work great and we have much better lighting in the garage. He left the garage clean and took away all the old broken parts and boxes from the new parts.

I would highly recommend Precision. Our garage door broke first thing one morning and we had no way to gain access from the inside. I called Precision and was greeted by a friendly voice who scheduled the repair call for that morning. The technician arrived well within the time frame I was given and was polite and professional. He was able to repair the door in record time and at a very fair price.
