John Gilles is the Tech. that came out. He finished a job before me a little early so he called and stopped by sooner. I explained the problem and I had old wiring that caused the issue of the garage door not going up or down. He did not take long to fix it. John also did maintenance. Then I asked if he could install a new rubber on the lower part of the other garage door which he did. Previously, they installed a new garage door that still looks great. John explained everything and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. John also came out today. I didn't have to wait a few days.

Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.

John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair.
