My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

Perhaps your review will be the determining factor in another person calling us for service to their garage door. We promise a prompt response but in your case, we outdid ourselves. In scheduling my service appointment, I was given the name of the technician and emailed an appointment confirmation that provided his picture, bio and reviews from customers he had previously serviced. Knowing about Tom and his level of service was an added benefit min putting my mind at ease. On the day of my appointment, Tom gave me a courtesy call informing me of his estimated time arrival. Upon his arrival I was greeted pleasantly with a warm smile and a firm handshake. After evaluating what needed to be replaced Tom told me what options were available considering I had service rendered on the same garage door less than a year ago from a competing Company. Throughout the job, Tom displayed no sign of unease by my questions or watchful eyes upon him. Tom exceeded my expectations by lubing my garage door, adjusting the chain and operator of one door and not only did he service that door he took upon himself to inspect my other door. Wow, it was quite reassuring to have someone as competent and efficient as Tom providing service to my garage doors.

My garage door was destroyed by my landscaper with his plow while removing snow from my driveway on a Friday evening. I couldn't even get the door to close. The springs, cables and door was ruined. Brad came the very next morning and was able to make it open and close until my new garage door was installed. He installed my new door on Monday morning. He was fast and efficient.
