I had Precision Garage Door install openers nearly 15 years ago, and they worked perfectly until a glitch today. One of the doors wouldn't close. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon, and a very kind and friendly technician arrived 40 minutes later. He fixed the problem and installed a new key paid for me, to boot. He was quick, friendly, and thorough, and I will definitely use Precision again when I need this system replaced. Thank you, Precision!

They did great work repairing a safety sensor. What I really liked was they came the same day. They said they would come between noon and 2:00. They called at noon and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Usually repair people would say between noon and 2:00. They would call at 3:00 and say they're running behind and they'll be there in 30 minutes. They come at 4:00.

As soon as John walked into the garage he could see the issue. He walked me through the different cost options for the repair to help either a short term fix or long term to meet our needs and price point. There was no sales pitch involved, it was a conversation of what we wanted him to fix and perform preventative maintenance to with an upfront cost. This was very calming to know transparently ahead of time. To fix our garage door took maybe 90 minutes and it was a painless process. Very glad we went with you guys!

I used this company a while ago to do maintenance on my garage. I know I needed some work done on my garage again as it was loud going up and down and it was old. Tech came out, Anthony Wise, and told me what’s needed to be done but in my own time. No rushing me. Needless to say I called back a week later and I love my unit. Updated and QUITE.
