Our garage door opener quit working.Our son-in-law recommended Precision Overhead Door . Called and was able to book a same day appointment. Paul was here within a few hours. It was two days before Thanksgiving and we were planning for 30 guests. The garage door opener had not been working properly for two weeks. I checked out Precision Door Service on line and found the technicians were getting high ratings from their customers. The office girl responded promptly to my call and arranged for service the next day. Paul Broschik did our repair. The door now works and performs better than it has for a long time. In addition to replacing the defective spring, he cleaned the inside of the door and greased all of the hinges. Thanks Paul... you not only saved the day for our family's Thanksgiving but your service went beyond our expectations. Job well done!

The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

I feel like I was truly taken. The spring broke, I needed it replaced. The service call price was never discussed on the phone - $65 no matter what - then they charged me $185 PER spring. Then he wanted to sell me a host of other items that would total the bill to over $800... Later in the day I learned that I was over charged considerably compared to other door companies in the area. I would never recommend to anyone. What a rip off. Go someplace else!

I found the super coupon on Angie's List for a garage door checkup with new rollers for $99. It couldn't have come at a better time since my opener wasn't working right. Matt was able to make it work in a matter of minutes and changed out the old steel rollers with new nylon rollers in nothing flat, lubed everything and gave me good advice on what my door will probably need in the near future. I will be calling Precision for anything my garage door needs. Totally satisfied.
