For the first time in over 20 years our garage door sits level with no gaps to let in rain water. We've had tune ups from other companies and this issue was never addressed. The technician replaced all of the rollers, oiled areas, adjusted the tension on the springs - AND - taught my husband what to do ongoing to keep it this great. He replaced just one spring and there was no pressure to do any expensive upgrades like we've had from other companies. His work was so good we can't even hear the door go up and down. I highly recommend this company.

We were having an issue with our cheap garage door opener which the builder put in before we purchased the house (2006 built). Bill troubleshooted the issue and replaced the opener, he also gave us a demonstration on how the new unit works and what settings the opener has. While Bill was installing the opener we were talking about how builders cut costs by putting in shotty products seeing how I already had to replace a water heater, furnace, and appliances in our home. Bill looked over the door and noticed that the spring was rusted out, the wheels were plastic instead of metal for the type of door we had, and the cables pulling up the door were frayed. Bill said that we had a couple of months before we would start having more issues with the door. I had Bill go ahead and replace all the parts that were deteriorating. Bill was very nice and professional on getting our door back up and working and I appreciate the fact that he looked over the door to fix any other issues we might have had. I would definitely do business with Precision door again.

Needed someone ASAP and I saw 24/7, the ad on the front of the telephone book is what i saw first. Actually I didn't expect to pay as much as I did, knowing that a garage door is $300,00. I did not get a door. I thought that $1248.00 was high. The installer was very good. 5 star

I found Precision from Angie's List. I was impressed with the high ratings the company received from customers in my area. I called for help at 9:30am and talked to very pleasant and professional customer service representative named Allison. Allison was able to schedule an appointment that day and gave me a reasonable time window when to expect my technician, Al Flemming. The e-mail I received from the company before my appointment was great. I was able to see a picture of my technician coming to my house in a few hours and read a quick bio. I liked learning a little about Al and how he enjoys his time with his kids (I found this reassuring - believe it or not). Al came to the house right on time, was professional and walked me through what needed done and the price breakdown - all reasonable and easy to understand; no games. Al repaired all the moving parts to the door, including the spings that snapped. The work was completed very quickly (30 minutes). First thing I noticed was how quiet the door opened and closed - amazing. All around, great experience especially considering I called with my problem at 9:30am and was fixed by 2:40pm that day!!! Great job and will be recommending to everyone I know!!!

Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. This is the second time I used your service. I was happy with the service the first time; and again, I was very happy this time too. Your tech was due between 8a-10am; he called me 8:13am and was here by 8:30am. He was professional and courteous and very polite. He got right to it and fixed the chain on the garage door opener. Then helped me reset my outdoor keypad. Again, excellent service provided, couldn't ask for better. I would recommend your company to others.

Arrival was prompt. Loved the picture of the service technician sent ahead of time for safety reasons. I needed a new spring, and not just one that was installed by the builder, because I have a 2-car garage. So while the cost was higher than I expected, the price we settled on seemed fair. Also replaced rollers and brackets and all new parts received a lifetime warranty. Hope to be set as long as I live here. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors.
