Used Precision Overhead Door in the past and were completely satisfied. Called again with opener issues. Based on John's professional recommendation, we chose to upgrade our system. John, our service person, was friendly, professional and informative. He worked efficiently answering all our questions. He further showed us the parts that were wearing out and would have needed to be repaired, if parts could be found for a 20 year old system, or replaced in short order. Happy with the warranty.

Scheduling was quick and easy, Paul was scheduled to come out the next day, he was on time, super friendly/professional, very informative about the problem we were having and offered different levels of solutions for us. Anthony made it out when he said he would get there. He performed the work that we requested and suggested very reasonable upgrades in the future that would make the garage door work better. We had a previous company out who refused the fix the problem and pushed wanting to install a new system. Anthony did suggest that needed done in the near future but he got it working in the meantime.
