Jim Boland was fantastic he replaced one section of the new garage door and he even made the precision garage door opener run quieter. He was neat and tidied up. Great job very informative and I have to admit all the the technicians that I have had were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Great from the install of opener, then the repair, and finally the brand new garage door. Even the gal who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks and Precision is very fortunate to have such a great staff.

The technician (Paul) arrived promptly within the parameters of scheduled appointment. He was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable, I explained my concerns and he recommended new springs which I agreed with. The time that it took him to make the repairs was remarkable and I was pleased with the end results . We also talked about putting a opener on the door and he made some recommendations which are under consideration . So when I am ready to get the door opener I will definitely call on precision again I am very pleased with their work.

Can tell the quality of the parts vs what was replaced. May not be the cheapest in town but it's nice knowing I have a real lifetime warranty and a product I can trust to last.

My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our garage door and we were repaired within an hour. Highly recommend for quality, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

I've used Precision Door service on multiple occasions. When it came time to move into a new home, I didn't think twice about calling them to install a new garage door opener. When I made the appointment, I was given the name of the technician (Anthony Wise) and a window as to when I could expect him to arrive. I received a call from Anthony almost 1 hour earlier than the provided time with Anthony asking if it would be ok to come early. Naturally I said "yes". Anthony arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to tell me about the various garage door openers that could be installed, providing details as to the differences between the various models. I selected 8550 Liftmaster and Anthony was off and running. The work was done quickly and completely after which Anthony provided me an overview of the garage door opener's capabilities. When Anthony left, the garage was spotless and, other than the noticeable new garage door opener, you wouldn't have known that any work had just taken place. In short, Anthony was amazing. Precision Door Service - You have an incredible employee in Anthony! Rest assured, I won't hesitate in recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.

I phoned Precision because the cable snapped on one of my garage bay doors. They arranged for a serviceman to fix it that very afternoon. I was stunned. Right after being stunned, I was impressed at the professional website accompanying the confirmation of the appointment. The website included assurances that the service person would be driving a truck with the company's name on it and be wearing a uniform. I was told the name of the person assigned to my repair and was able to see his photograph and read reviews previous customers had posted about him. John Franks phoned to tell me he was on the way to my house and provided an arrival time. He was exactly on time. He looked at the job and made an assessment to see if there were any other critical fixes the bay door needed. You know repairmen always find some other critical fix. But John Franks did not tell me any stories that implied impending doom if I did not lay out more money for repairs. In fact, he didn't even charge me for the service call. This guy is a professional and deserving of all the complements written by previous customers. I will always call Precision when I have a garage door problem.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Door. Obviously, same day availability especially with the recent inclement weather is huge. Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. John Franks came out to help repair our garage door. He was there very fast. He was very professional. He did an excellent job. We will call this company again in a minute. When we need to replace anything they have our business. You all should give them a try. This technician was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.
