Anthony came early and did a great job installing my new garage door opener. Later in the day, I unintentionally disabled the entire system while trying to link my car remote. First class service on short notice by a knowledgeable and very pleasant service technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, confirm his diagnosis, and suggest a solution including several options. He explained his thoughts as he discussed the available choices and was able to help us choose what served us best. Two days later arrived with parts for a quick install with description of what was being done and improvements over older(20 plus years) replaced motor and chain. Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. Precision is the only one I will call for help on my garage door and opener. Great Job............

Jim Boland was fantastic he replaced one section of the new garage door and he even made the precision garage door opener run quieter. He was neat and tidied up. Great job very informative and I have to admit all the the technicians that I have had were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Great from the install of opener, then the repair, and finally the brand new garage door. Even the gal who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. The technician (Paul) arrived promptly within the parameters of scheduled appointment. He was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable, I explained my concerns and he recommended new springs which I agreed with. The time that it took him to make the repairs was remarkable and I was pleased with the end results . We also talked about putting a opener on the door and he made some recommendations which are under consideration . So when I am ready to get the door opener I will definitely call on precision again I am very pleased with their work.

Can tell the quality of the parts vs what was replaced. May not be the cheapest in town but it's nice knowing I have a real lifetime warranty and a product I can trust to last.

My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our garage door and we were repaired within an hour. Highly recommend for quality, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

I've used Precision Door service on multiple occasions. When it came time to move into a new home, I didn't think twice about calling them to install a new garage door opener. When I made the appointment, I was given the name of the technician (Anthony Wise) and a window as to when I could expect him to arrive. I received a call from Anthony almost 1 hour earlier than the provided time with Anthony asking if it would be ok to come early. Naturally I said "yes". Anthony arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to tell me about the various garage door openers that could be installed, providing details as to the differences between the various models. I selected 8550 Liftmaster and Anthony was off and running. The work was done quickly and completely after which Anthony provided me an overview of the garage door opener's capabilities. When Anthony left, the garage was spotless and, other than the noticeable new garage door opener, you wouldn't have known that any work had just taken place. In short, Anthony was amazing. Precision Door Service - You have an incredible employee in Anthony! Rest assured, I won't hesitate in recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.
