I phoned Precision because the cable snapped on one of my garage bay doors. They arranged for a serviceman to fix it that very afternoon. I was stunned. Right after being stunned, I was impressed at the professional website accompanying the confirmation of the appointment. The website included assurances that the service person would be driving a truck with the company's name on it and be wearing a uniform. I was told the name of the person assigned to my repair and was able to see his photograph and read reviews previous customers had posted about him. John Franks phoned to tell me he was on the way to my house and provided an arrival time. He was exactly on time. He looked at the job and made an assessment to see if there were any other critical fixes the bay door needed. You know repairmen always find some other critical fix. But John Franks did not tell me any stories that implied impending doom if I did not lay out more money for repairs. In fact, he didn't even charge me for the service call. This guy is a professional and deserving of all the complements written by previous customers. I will always call Precision when I have a garage door problem.

My technician (Zoran) was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the specified time with an advance phone call letting me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened or needed repair. He gave me different options for repairing my garage door while explaining the advantages and disadvantages and then letting me make an informed decision. I did not feel pressured to do one over the other. The garage was fixed to my satisfaction and has a lifetime warranty!

Scheduling a service call was easy and convenient. The technician called before he arrived and was here when he said he would be. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we needed. I called yesterday using a Valu-Pak ad and Bill came promptly this morning. He was very polite. He kept me advised as he tested each part of the garage door. He installed a new opener and cable. He was able to easily answer each question I asked. He cleaned up all of his materials. He used his electronics for the receipt and billing with ease. I am well pleased with the service and would use your service and Bill again. I would also recommend him to others. It was an excellent experience.
