Paul Broschk was out this afternoon for the bi-annual routine/preventive maintenance I scheduled. He's always extremely efficient & knowledgeable, helpful/proactive & pleasant. He's been my tech since Precision installed my garage door in April 2023 & I request him each visit. I trust his work, he knows the maintenance history & I look forward to seeing him. Highly recommend him! PLEASE NOTE: Service Performed was NOT a Repair, but there was no option listed for routine/preventive maintenance.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed my repair. Checked to make sure all was operating well. Was thoughtful and careful not to get my house dirty when walking thru to the garage. Explained options for repairs needed and also gave options for upgrading existing parts which are past their warranty period. Unlike a company I had called first and did not agree to use, this gentleman did not use any pressure tactics to try to get me to purchase parts I did not need!! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs or to replace my current opener. I am very pleased !!

Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. After experiencing a mishap with our garage door late on a Saturday evening, I was amazed to call Precision Door at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and have a person answer the phone. He took my info, scheduled a service call for later that same day, and followed up with an e-mail confirming our appointment. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.

We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently.
