My experience with precision door was excellent from the woman who answered the phone she was compassionate with my issue and scheduled me for the next possible appointment! My technician Bill called as he was on his way and arrived on time explained everything that needed to be done and why. Within 25 min my garage door was working and looked great!! He showed Me everything he did and explained the warranty before he left. I would definitely recommend!

What got my attention when doing a google search was the 24/7 and they came out the next day. My spring broke and i could not get out, worried on how I'm going to work the next day. Today they came out at the exact time to put in a brand new door and finished when they said. They never make you feel like you need to buy anything, no pressure with this company. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland for garage door repair service. They cover a wide area not just Cleveland. I live in Lorain County. My phone call was answered immediately and after explaining the service required I was given an appointment within days despite it was in cold February. The technician, Anthony Wise, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of garage door repairs. He listened to my repair concerns and gave me options and worked with me without any pressure in determining my choice of service. I appreciated that! He worked quietly (as possible) and thoroughly cleaned up before departing. I use reviews to help me choose a service provider so I hope mine helps someone else too.
