Precision responded to my phone call for help right away. Within a couple of hours a technician was at my door. He was very professional and courteous. After looking at my problem, he explained what he found wrong in detail. He fixed it. He was very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.

We have had Precision service for years and have always found them to be very prompt and courteous. Paul Broschk has been the man who has come out to us the past several occasions. He comes always prepared with parts for whatever the job requires. Jennifer who answers the calls for service has also been very professional and gets us scheduled as fast as possible. Today Paul came in mask (due to Covid19) and never once took it off, even as he worked in the garage. We did not require this of him but the company does and he complied totally. Precision Door also replaced our very old garage door in the past as well and every thing was well done. No complaints at all.

THANK YOU! Bill, my tech was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Explained everything he was doing as well. He was called here to fix another problem from another company, and he did it when the other company said there was no problem. Door was not hanging correctly from getting both springs replaced by another company. When called back to fix issue, other company said there was no problem! Bill saw the problem with the door and fixed it. Thanks Bill. Goodbye 'other' company!

Paul and the new tech did a great job replacing all hardware of the garage door. The new replacement nylon rollers, in my opinion, are priced on the high side. Other than that; well satisfied.

Precision was very easy to work with, very courteous and punctual. My tech was Paul, and he was very likeable and professional, did good work, and cleaned up after himself very neatly. I only gave 4 stars, because I did spend more than I had wanted to, but my door is now operating perfectly, and I have a couple years worth of warranty on their work and parts. Glad I hired Precision and let the pros handle this one, even if it was expensive.

My technician was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand. He was also very courteous and professional. My garage door and all of the equipment around it like the springs and cables were very worn out to the point of being potentially dangerous. He replaced and reinforced what needed to be done and took the extra time out to educate me on it. I would definitely recommend Precision and my technician to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the professional workmanship and courteous attitude of our technician Will. He called ahead of schedule and was very prompt and arrived on the time he said he would be here. We ended up having the spring and rollers replaced on the garage door. He did an excellent job. He explained everything in advance of doing any work. He completed the job in a very timely manner. And the door is quieter now than it was before. We have used this company once in the past and highly recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair. Hopefully, we won't require any service anytime soon. But if we do we will be sure to call Precision door for any help we need.Thanks again for a job well done.

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received from Eric Kirby, our Technichian/Installer. At the initial call it was determined that our 10+ yr old Genie opener would cost more to repair than purchasing a new opener. I did not feel as if I was being sold "a bill of goods", as I have a background in electronics, and the thorough testing done by Eric satisfied me. The liftmaster opener that we selected was installed by Eric the following Monday, as agreed, and I was impressed with how quickly and expertly the job was done. I was given thorough instructions on the equipment and the warranty. We were able to take advantage of discount coupons found on the main website and Facebook to reduce our cost, which was a pleasant bonus! All-in-all it was a great experience. I would recommend both the company and Eric kirby to anyone in need of garage door work. The new opener is MUCH quieter than our old Genie!
