I am so satisfied having chosen Precision Doors to install and maintain my garage door back in 2017. I had the pleasure of having an awesome technician, Anthony Wide, handle my installation. To my delight, he also came out this morning to service the door. Anthony was polite, professional and personable when we met in 2017 and was just the same today. I hope all of your employees exhibit those traits that I experienced having met Anthony Wise.

I rate the overall service a 5. The technician did call ahead of time to let me know he was running a little behind schedule and would call me when he was on his way, which he did. The technician Bill Adamini arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. The techican explained the course of action needed to for repairing the garage door. Upon completion he demonstrated the corrections maxed.

I called for a new garage door opener and they were out the same day! The technician was very efficient and professional.
