I called Precision Garage Door Service when my automatic opener failed to engage. Z arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. He knew very quickly what the problem was and explained everything to me and then proceeded to replace the parts. I would definitely recommend this company. Very professional and pleasant also.

Contacted Precision Door mainly because of the great number of positive reviews. Quality work is important to me. After contacting them I was advised a tech would be sent out within hours, which I was vert happy to hear. Gentleman arrived within the time frame I was told he would be here, he was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and gave recommendation for a replacement opener. He started the installation immediately and I was very happy with his quality of work. After installation he took the time to walk me through all the new items this new door opened had .Very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Would definitely use this company again.

We had a garage door opener installed at my mother’s home a few years ago serviced by Greg. Absolutely pleased with service. Now we had service at our home by Anthony and again very pleased. Katrina who initially took the call was so pleasant and professional. Anthony was also so pleasant, professional and honest. Highly recommend Precision.

Al was sxheduled to come out to aervice our garage door between 2:00 and 4:00 today. He called to see if 11:30 worked for us as the morning went on. 2 springs replaced , general service done all in 30 minutes. Can't beat it. All was friendly and professional and Precision I would highly recommend.

John, (the service representative) remembered me and even my dog (who has since past) though he had not serviced my garage since 2019. Today he immediately spotted the problem and resolved the issue right away. As always, he was courteous and thoroughly explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Before he left, he had me checked the running of my garage door. A kind note about him, before he left, he expressed his condolences regarding the loss of my dog.

I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.
