Precision installed my garage doors years ago, I have had them fix and repair in the past. When I called on Saturday evening the lady who answered was very polite and understanding, I was lined up for Sunday am and Nick was right on time. He did a great job letting me know what I needed and the cost. He finished and everything was done perfectly. Nick should get an Atta boy, good job award.

The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. Fortunately, the car was not inside the garage at the time that the spring broke. After we called Precision, our Service-person, Zoran, contacted us immediately to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was actually at our home and working on our door less than an hour after we called Precision to request service. Zoran was very courteous, professional and skilled. He was able to remove the broken spring, replace it with a new one quickly and safely and adjusted the torque of the spring appropriately. He also lubricated all of the moving parts. Our garage door is now as good as new. Zoran is an outstanding representative of your company. We are repeat customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door and we will not hesitate to call Precision again if the need arises because of our experience with Precision to date.

John called ahead and gave me a time he would arrive. Once there he did a thorough inspection of all components of the door. Based on inspection he recommended that i replace the cables as well as springs, showing me the condition of the cables. Replaced all parts, explaining what he was doing. After installing everything, during initial testing he found that he would have to go to a larger spring on the one side. So, he disassembled and reassembled with the larger spring. He re-tested demonstrating how it was working correctly. John is polite, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable of his business. He is a great ambassador for you company. I will recommend your company to anybody who asks.

Our door was jumping. Nick cleaned the weather stripping and it seemed to resolve the problem. It stuck a little today. I'll see if the door itself needs to be cleaned. Otherwise , service in less than 2 hours . Fantastic!!

I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.

I called because I could not get my door open manually even when I deactivated the electronic opener. No sooner had a hung up from making the appointment but my technician called to say he was on the way already. Nick was very polite and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was very fair.

Ashley answered promptly and was friendly and helpful. She had Technician John out within 2 hours and he pre-called to let us know he was coming. John worked steadily and knew exactly how to replace my decrepit "Genie" opener. He was polite and professional and got the new opener up and working correctly and paired with my cars. Hopefully I am done installing openers but will be calling precision for any future needs.

We had very positive experience with everyone at Precision. From the original phone call (Shea?) to our service man Paul. Our garage door broke Friday evening. We called the 24/7 line and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Paul arrived, assessed the problem, gave us a quote and quickly and efficiently made the repair. I called early on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t open the door due to a broken spring. The repairman arrived earlier than expected and everything was fixed before mid afternoon. Cost was more than what I was expecting after googling average repair costs, but overall I was pleased with the results and very happy with the speed of the repair.
