Precision Service tech arrived early for service call. I and another technician working on my current garage problem attempted to describe the problem we were having with the initial installation of garage door by Precision and why we reached back out to the installers of my garage. The Precision Tech immediately took defense of the obvious problem even after viewing pictures. He assessed his solution to the separation and forced drilled 4 holes into the new base from the frame probably the way it should have been done initially! Total time 8 mins maybe Total cost $150. Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. Precision responded within two hours with a temporary fix, have ordered a new spring and scheduled an installation date. Technician was very professional quick to diagnose the problem.
