Our tech Michael was responsive and did a great job updating me about his arrival time. He fixed our issue quickly (broken springs) and efficiently and gave great tips to keep our garage door and system maintained. He also secured a loose part of the door easily and cleaned up my garage floor of dirt and leaves which was a total bonus!! Our door is working great and I appreciate the quick and friendly service!

We have been using Precision for a few years and every experience has been amazing. The techs are all very qualified and very friendly - our spring broke this morning at 6:30 am - I called Precision at 6:40 am and John was here at 8:30 am to replace the broken spring! The office said the tech. was coming between 12 and 2. HE was told 10-12 and showed up at 10:30. Wires were crossed by the office. The problem I had was something that might have been answered over the phone since he explained in about 60 seconds upon arrival and nothing was done. His time wasted. BUT, I gave 5 stars because of the tech's knowledge and kindness. He was also the salesman who sold me the 2 new insulated garage doors earlier this year. I could not choose a 'service' ( below) because nothing was actually done.

We were thankful to get a next day appointment when our opener broke at 5pm. The technician was polite, professional, and immediately identified the issue. He offered multiple solutions and explained them clearly. He replaced our opener in the time he estimated and was on his way. We will definitely continue using Precision for service.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past. Very happy with their service. They come the day you call them with everything in their truck needed to make repairs, and very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. A few years ago, they installed my Lift Master door opener. Did a great job. Door wouldn’t close today. The door is quite old and heavy. A crucial hinge had rusted out and broken. My repairman, John, replaced the hinge and I’m back in business. My old garage doors are extremely heavy and quite old. I’ve been thinking about replacing them for a few years. John recommended that it was time to get new doors. He helped me choose doors that will work for me. I’m excited to solve this long time problem. I know I have a company I can trust to take care of it.

You put in new springs for me, they were not adjusted evenly, you charged me $75 to show up - adjusted the springs for another $75 and left after 7 months of doing the job with a supposed 3 year guarantee and me having to pay you another $150 - I will never do business with you again!

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago.
