Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. Precision responded within two hours with a temporary fix, have ordered a new spring and scheduled an installation date. Technician was very professional quick to diagnose the problem.

The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.

I was real pleased that a technician was available on the weekend. I was really excited that someone was available to come out early in the day. We are very happy with our new door and garage opener. We had an old door (the original garage door was installed sometime around 1949). After several years experiencing problems with the garage door opener and the old door we decided it was time to change both. Bill came from Precison, explained it was not hard to fix, gave me an exact quote at the time of the visit, and took care of it right then and there. He walked me through what he did and why. The customer service was excellent - and he had my garage door running again in around an hour. Job well done.
