Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. Precision responded within two hours with a temporary fix, have ordered a new spring and scheduled an installation date. Technician was very professional quick to diagnose the problem.

The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.

We are very happy with our new door and garage opener. We had an old door (the original garage door was installed sometime around 1949). After several years experiencing problems with the garage door opener and the old door we decided it was time to change both. The technician came in 2 hours after requesting. 2 springs have been replaced. The new springs are one in full green color and the other in full black color.
