I was really impressed with the service from Precision Garage Doors, from scheduling the appointment to dealing with the technician, Nick. He arrived early and the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. He also checked out the whole garage door system and gave some recommendations for maintaining the door. I was really happy with the service and the company.

The office said the tech. was coming between 12 and 2. HE was told 10-12 and showed up at 10:30. Wires were crossed by the office. The problem I had was something that might have been answered over the phone since he explained in about 60 seconds upon arrival and nothing was done. His time wasted. BUT, I gave 5 stars because of the tech's knowledge and kindness. He was also the salesman who sold me the 2 new insulated garage doors earlier this year. I could not choose a 'service' ( below) because nothing was actually done.

Anthony was our technician. I called precision door since my door just fell and was a scary experience. The lady said someone would be in within six hours. Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

He did great work on the spring and very nice and pleasant to conversate. He did excellent work. The only issue is that he filled out the inspection sheet, but did not explain it to me. For example, the garage door is unbalnced was checked...what does that mean. was it because of the broken spring or something else. Overall great service on a Sunday morning.
We apologize for not taking the time to fully explain the Safety Checklist. Al was working with a bad cold and was not on his A game. Al did contact Mr. Hall and explain the Safety Checklist to him to his satisfaction
