Anthony was our technician. I called precision door since my door just fell and was a scary experience. The lady said someone would be in within six hours. Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. The confidence and professionalism with which he handled the whole situation, I was comfortable leaving while he did the work. He was considerate, sweet, professional and efficient. I would call precision door every time. Thanks Anthony!!!

No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

He did great work on the spring and very nice and pleasant to conversate. He did excellent work. The only issue is that he filled out the inspection sheet, but did not explain it to me. For example, the garage door is unbalnced was checked...what does that mean. was it because of the broken spring or something else. Overall great service on a Sunday morning.
