Overall, very happy with the experience with Precision Door. Service was very prompt (the technician was able to come out the same day i called) and the technician (Anthony) was very competent. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with the garage door trim. He also suggested installing new rollers on the garage door and this has made a significant difference in terms of the smoothness and sound with respect to the garage door opening. Would definitely recommend this company for your garage door issues.

Another good experience with Precision Garage Door. They have installed a new garage door opener and new garage doors, as well as helping whenever something odd goes wrong. Each and every technician has been on time (or early), knowledgeable and good at their job. Recently, after a series of power outages, my garage door opener was not working. Zoran Jovanovic came and made some adjustments and got the system working again. He explained that power surges could “fry” the opener and it would be ruined. He made a great suggestion about using a heavy duty surge protector cube to prevent future disasters. I’ve done just that and already survived another power interruption. Thank you Zoran!

I’ve used Precision Door in the past. Very happy with their service. They come the day you call them with everything in their truck needed to make repairs, and very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. A few years ago, they installed my Lift Master door opener. Did a great job. Door wouldn’t close today. The door is quite old and heavy. A crucial hinge had rusted out and broken. My repairman, John, replaced the hinge and I’m back in business. My old garage doors are extremely heavy and quite old. I’ve been thinking about replacing them for a few years. John recommended that it was time to get new doors. He helped me choose doors that will work for me. I’m excited to solve this long time problem. I know I have a company I can trust to take care of it.

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Precision Garage Door Service installed a Lift Master garage door opener this spring. Wonderful technician, super service. This week, we had a power outage after a storm that knocked my garage door opener offline. The release mechanism on the new opener doesn’t work exactly the same as my old system. I wasn’t able to release the door! In spite of a completely full schedule, Zoran Jovanovic fit me in on the way between appointments. Another superb technician. They really know their stuff. Got my system back online quickly and showed me how to work the release, if I should need it in the future. The phone scheduler was also really helpful. Good, solid, customer oriented company.
