My garage door (electric) would not open. I called Precision and talked to a pleasant girl who answered. She said someone could come the next morning. A nice man named Paul explained to me what was wrong and what it would cost. He had it fixed and working in a short time. Excellent service, very pleased. Thank you Paul.

John arrived at our house on the time set. John looked over everything then we sat down and talked about what we wanted and John gave recommendations without any pressure, he did a great job explaining everything and helping us make a decision. I can not comment on the installation because we have to wait because our door has to be specially made because of the size
