The technician that came to repair our garage door spring was very helpful, knowledgeable and not “salesman pushy”. I decided to replace my garage door and he was able to temporarily fix the spring until the door is hung at which time it will be replace. Friendly, knowledgeable and showed up!

John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Also he came out on a Saturday, same day we called. Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed my repair. Checked to make sure all was operating well. Was thoughtful and careful not to get my house dirty when walking thru to the garage. Explained options for repairs needed and also gave options for upgrading existing parts which are past their warranty period. Unlike a company I had called first and did not agree to use, this gentleman did not use any pressure tactics to try to get me to purchase parts I did not need!! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs or to replace my current opener. I am very pleased !!

John called ahead and gave me a time he would arrive. Once there he did a thorough inspection of all components of the door. Based on inspection he recommended that i replace the cables as well as springs, showing me the condition of the cables. Replaced all parts, explaining what he was doing. After installing everything, during initial testing he found that he would have to go to a larger spring on the one side. So, he disassembled and reassembled with the larger spring. He re-tested demonstrating how it was working correctly. John is polite, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable of his business. He is a great ambassador for you company. I will recommend your company to anybody who asks.

Anthony made it out when he said he would get there. He performed the work that we requested and suggested very reasonable upgrades in the future that would make the garage door work better. We had a previous company out who refused the fix the problem and pushed wanting to install a new system. Anthony did suggest that needed done in the near future but he got it working in the meantime.

My Tech was Zoran, he called me 30 minutes in advance for a heads up and was right on time. Very friendly fella, showed me a couple things wrong and why it broke when it did. Zoran had my garage unit fixed up in about 30 minutes, showed me what exactly he fixed/adjusted and replaced, now my garage runs smoother than when I bought my house. Much appreciated and lesson learned, when you break your garage door, just call someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I was totally fine with the pricing, seemed very fair to me and was quick, good communication. Would recommend.

Zoran called when he was 20 minutes out, arrived promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue, gave me some helpful tips and was also very pleasant. However, the day before, the service center told me that a technician would call me to try to resolve the issue but I received no such call. Since it was a simple alignment issue, it may have prevented a service call.
