I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Overall, very happy with the experience with Precision Door. Service was very prompt (the technician was able to come out the same day i called) and the technician (Anthony) was very competent. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with the garage door trim. He also suggested installing new rollers on the garage door and this has made a significant difference in terms of the smoothness and sound with respect to the garage door opening. Would definitely recommend this company for your garage door issues.

Precision Garage Door Service truly deserves a 5 star rating. We realized our garage door stopped working at 12:30, called Precision (and yes, a real person answered the phone!) An hour later their technician, John, arrived. John was fantastic. It was obvious he knew garage doors! He assessed the situation, explained everything that had happened, quoted a repair cost, and an hour later it was done! Amazing technician, amazing company!

Precision made the whole process easy. I called about a broken spring, and they took the time to answer all my questions, give me a rough idea of the cost, and even offered a same-day appointment within two hours. Hi, I went out to open my garage this morning and it appeared to go off track. I found this company(randomly and it had a 5 star rating) and contacted them promptly due to inability to get my car out of the garage. I spoke to a very pleasant and extremely nice lady on the phone. I told her what had happened and needed assistance. She arranged for someone to come out to my home within an hour. The gentleman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He explained to me the different options available to repair/different costs after he assessed the garage door. He explained everything in detail and educated me on the care of the door after it was repaired. The garage door was repaired. It was made safer with the repairs and it comes with a 10 year guarantee!!. This company was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you !!

The spring on my garage door broke just as I pulled into the garage. I called a family member who used your company last year and got the phone number. I immediately called and someone answered the phone . She was able to set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. I was elated. The technician ( Zoran) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, gave me the quote and began the job. I appreciated him. It only took an hour and I was able to put my car back into the garage. Great job!!! My entire experience was BEYOND great!! I called a little after 12pm yesterday, and Angela was very courteous able to schedule an appointment between 1-3pm yesterday to repair a broken spring. The assigned technician was Paul, and he arrived at my house by 1:30pm. Paul was EXTRAORDINARY!! He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the springs, replaced a plastic barring and checked the struts to ensure that the rod no longer had a "dip" across my garage door. Paul also checked the belt drive unit which we learned also needed to be replaced. He explained my options and installed the new belt drive unit. Paul applied oil to all the door hinges and gave me instructions on garage door maintenance. I can't thank him enough for his phenomenal service. I will contact Precision for any garage door issues!

The spring on my garage door snapped without warning just when I had an MD appointment. I could not lift the door manually. I called precision because they installed my opener a year ago. They came out with out much delay and arrived with all parts needed. the Technician was very knowledgeable and it only took him one hour. I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency.

Another good experience with Precision Garage Door. They have installed a new garage door opener and new garage doors, as well as helping whenever something odd goes wrong. Each and every technician has been on time (or early), knowledgeable and good at their job. Recently, after a series of power outages, my garage door opener was not working. Zoran Jovanovic came and made some adjustments and got the system working again. He explained that power surges could “fry” the opener and it would be ruined. He made a great suggestion about using a heavy duty surge protector cube to prevent future disasters. I’ve done just that and already survived another power interruption. Thank you Zoran!
