Wow! My goodness, what an awesome experience it was working with Precision Overhead Garage Door! My parents were locked out of their garage when they came home from a weekend away, they called me and were upset and did not expect to have help arrive within the hour!!! Al came within a half hour of me making the call to Precision, he was so kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within moments and fixed the springs and the old, tired key pad that hadn't worked in years!!!! Both my parents and I were thrilled with his kindness and expertise. We will definitely reccommend Precision and Al to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much!

Another high quality experience and repair by an exceptional Pro. I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time. Anthony was extremely personable and made a few suggestions that turned out to make my 40+ year old garage door run like new.
