Precision Door exceeded expectations every step of the way. The initial call I made was handled efficiently, in a very courteous manner. The lady scheduled my appointment and the call/process really couldn’t have been any better. Service technician Paul arrived (early) and did an absolutely outstanding job. He was informative, customer oriented, and very personable. I approved the work as recommended, he got to work and completed it quickly and neatly, explaining everything he did and why. In short, this service experience, start to finish, worked exactly as we all hope they work…smoothly, professionally, absolutely no hiccups. I would never use anyone except Precision for my garage door needs!

I have had Anthony Wise service my garage doors in the past, and he installed two new doors a few years back. I needed help with the remote and keypad today. I requested Anthony because he is very knowledgeable and courteous. He solved the issues readily. He offers excellent explanations and options along with suggestions for future maintenance. I will call again when garage issues arise, and I will most certainly request Anthony. Thank you! Shirley

I asked Around Because I was having trouble with my Garage door. Well I’m A Single Female. And People Have The Tendency to Take advantage of Us . Because A lot of people assume that we are clueless and therefore they can tell us anything and we’ll believe it. So This is the main reason why I chose Precision. They came highly recommended and I knew I could Trust them. They are Very Professional, Very Nice. And Do Quality Work. So if you are in need of Garage Related Repairs Definitely Do Yourself A Favor And Contact Precision.

Paul B. was excellent in identifying the problem and offering a solution to remedy the situation. We looked at new doors online and were given a quote. All of which was done in a professional and very friendly manner. We’re bought the door and paid a deposit. Kudos to Paul B for his knowledge, experience, and manner.

My garage door spring broke on Friday evening when I got home from work. By 7pm I had an appointment to have it repaired on Sunday morning (I could have scheduled Saturday, but were busy that day). Nick called at 9:50 Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way. When he got to my house we went over our options and decided on a repair plan. Nick did a great job replacing the spring and cables, lubricating the rollers and hinges, and ensuring the door operation was flawless, all in less time than it would have taken me to figure out what size spring to buy.

I had a very noisy garage door and they came out within a day figured out to cause had all the parts and fixed it and while they were there, they found the other Garage Door was about to go bad too. Parts of it were worn out so they fixed it too.

At 7:30 am on a Friday morning my garage door would not open. I had called my nephew to ask for recommendations. He had Precision Garage Door replace the springs in his door a few years ago and highly recommended them. When I called around 8:15 I was told someone could be out in two hours. I received a phone call from Michael the technician before 9 an that he would be at my home between 9:30 and 9:35. When Michael arrived at the scheduled time he was able to open the door. One of the springs was broken. He quoted me a price to replace both springs. He also told me they could do a complete service replacing the springs, rollers, cables and all parts. This would be a life time warrantee. I decided to have the complete service done. The work took about 1 hour. I found all people I was involved with from the person who took my call and Michael to be very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door work.

It was easy to select a weekend appointment time to discuss a new garage door with Precision. Anthony showed up on time, was personable, and walked me through a number of options and costs. He followed up the meeting with price estimates, which makes it easy to discuss with my wife.
