Wow! My goodness, what an awesome experience it was working with Precision Overhead Garage Door! My parents were locked out of their garage when they came home from a weekend away, they called me and were upset and did not expect to have help arrive within the hour!!! Another high quality experience and repair by an exceptional Pro. I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time. Anthony was extremely personable and made a few suggestions that turned out to make my 40+ year old garage door run like new.
