He researched our door to find it was discontinued and made a brace to reinforce the door so it could be used saving us a lot over replacement of the damaged panel. This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in.
