Bill, the cert. technician was at our house within two hours of my initial call. Not only was he knowledgeable, he physically showed me what my need was, AND, what impressed me more was with a phone call, he confirmed the past decade-plus service records to confirm my questions. Pretty amazing.

I read reviews and thought this is the company I needed to go with the assure myself my garage door would continue to operate as best as possible for years to come. It was nice to get an appointment the day after I called. It was nice to not have to worry that my garage would cease to operate before an appointment was complete. Last thing I needed was to be trapped in my garage. John Gilles was my technician and he was efficient and professional. He trouble shot my problem and ask several questions to help him solve the problem. John then went on to discuss the solution to the problem I was having with the garage door. John is very knowledgeable and went straight to work and kept me informed along the way as to what he was doing and educating me on my garage door “workings”. John replaced the faulty spring (installed by another company) that was far inferior to the one that Precision utilizes on their garage doors. John also replaced all the wheels from old metal to nylon ones to even make the door opening/closing less stressful on my garage door opener. I thank John for his expertise and great customer service. Thank you Precision for hiring such a great knowledgeable person. I hope I do not need your services for a while but if I do I will definitely be calling you!

The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean. When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

Very excellent service!! The information. I received about my options about a new garage door machine and setup was great. I also couldn’t believe how quickly all the quality work was done. I love my new opener completely with the bright LED light..the motion detector that turns the light on and the the key pad that allows for keyless entry. I’m very happy with my service and purchase. Staff was also very polite!

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to my neighbors when they ask for recommendations. Actually, I'll tell them when we get together that if they ever need garage door repairs. An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

Use these guys! Everything was old school. They answered the phone with a human. They set up the appointment, told me who was coming and when. We got Zoran, or Z.
