The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean. When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

I love my new opener completely with the bright LED light..the motion detector that turns the light on and the the key pad that allows for keyless entry. I’m very happy with my service and purchase. I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

Use these guys! Everything was old school. They answered the phone with a human. They set up the appointment, told me who was coming and when. We got Zoran, or Z. I contacted Precision about an issue I was having with my garage door. It was stopping about 3/4 of the way up on some of the openings. A tech came out to look at the situation and told us that we had a builder grade door and that the door was flexing too much from use and he would recommend replacing it. The garage door and home are only 3 years old, so we had a hard time believing that it was because of the door, but he was adamant that was the issue. We decided to pay over $1300 to have a new door installed that they said would fix the problem. The day after I had the new door system installed, I went to leave for work and hit the opener, it stopped 3/4 of the way up again. I called Precision that morning and let them know that the door wasn't the issue and I was not happy about spending the money I had on a whole new door system(that i didn't think was the problem in the first place) and it still didn't work. Precision told me they would come back out and look at the situation again. The tech came out a week later and told me that it must be the opener and that it needed replaced. So, we had him replace the opener. Within two days of the opener being replaced, the garage door stuck again. I again contacted Precision and they sent somebody out a week later to evaluate the situation. The tech claimed that he didn't know what the problem could be, and said that maybe my kids were pushing the buttons when the door was opening. I thought he was joking, but he was not. I have called Precision over a dozen times in the past few months explaining the situation, and the call center says that someone will be in contact. Nobody will even give me the courtesy to return a phone call. I am extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend them in the future. If there is an issue that they don't understand, expect them to give up and leave you high and dry without being about to contact them or speak to anybody.

I was absolutely satisfied with the prompt, quality service provided by Paul, the technician. He took care of the sensor problem plus replaced the garage door bearings that were ready to bust. He explained the problem easily and patiently. I would hire Precision again in a heartbeat!
