The serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough in evaluating our garage doors. The services that he performed were done only after he showed me what the problem was, and how it would affect the function of the door and got my consent. He could even tell that last winter our door had frozen to the ground! The repairs made a huge difference in how smoothly the doors work, and they work so quietly now!

I was very pleased with the whole process. John Franks the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. John installed the new opener and recommended we replace the rollers. I was very impressed on how he installed the new opener because we have a Screen Solutions he had to work around. We purchased the Liftmaster unit and couldn't be happier. We were lucky enough to have Zoran come out to the house yesterday. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the potential solutions to our problem with our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and in a manner that I could understand. He fully went over multiple options for a fix. I was most impressed with his professionalism and how Precision stood behind their proprietary products and Zoran ' s personal commitment to the work he performed. I was unaware of the potential danger to my wife and kids and felt much safer after Zoran completed his work. Not only did Zoran come out the same day that I called, but he completed alot of work in a short amount of time that same day. Can't say how impressed I was with the whole process, thank you.

Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

Certainly a five star rating. I called yesterday and got next day service. Matt was right on time today and he called enroute to let me know exactly when he would be here. 5 Star Service Pros: Fast response - Called at 3pm on a Saturday and they were in the driveway at 4:30. Knowledgeable - Explained the problem, mechanics, engineering in total detail Offered options - good better best Excellent warranty Exceptional quality parts Remove the old stuff and packaging CONS Not Cheap but you get what you pay for The new opener is ten times quieter than the old one. The springs were properly sized to the door and the rollers actually roll and look like they are engineered to last.

I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

It is refreshing to work with a technician that is so professional, honest and friendly. We had Bill stop by on Friday to repair our old opener that had been malfunctioning. He took time to review the problem and discuss repair options. We settled on purchasing an opener and having him install it on the following Monday. He provided us with his business card so that we could reach him with any questions and he gave us excellent advice. Bill arrived right on time and had the garage door opener installed and my cars programmed within an hour. It was a pleasure working with him and we would happily recommend Precision Door and Bill Adamini for any future repairs.

I had a same day appointment scheduled and Jason called to let me know that he could be there earlier than quoted if it worked for us, and it did, so that was a good start. He was professional and pleasant when he arrived. One spring was obviously broken so it wasn't hard to diagnose that problem but he did show me several other issues. I'm no expert so I took the problems at face value, they seemed legit and you have to put trust in people at some point. After the inspection he offered a few options running from replacing the springs to the "Rebuild Package" which would cover all the other issues plus a few more. The main reason this is a 4 star review is the cost. I know that the price is the price and I always have the option to decline but when something is broken and needs fixing you have limited option. So on one hand I have a fixed door with several issues taken care of and a lifetime warranty but the other hand it could have been done for less money. I get that quality, long lasting parts cost more but even taking that into consideration the prices are high. For instance, $90 for a center bearing plate that can be had for around $10-15. Even saying that it's a higher quality that that doesn't make that price decent. From a service standpoint it was 5 stars. Jason was polite, professional, arrived early, worked quickly and made sure things were right. From an overall satisfaction standpoint I have mixed feelings and that is purely down to the cost which seems very much inflated even taking the quality of the parts into consideration. I guess ultimately something is only worth the price that somebody is willing to pay and I paid the price.

This service was again very prompt,I called late morning of 1-15-2014 and was promised a tech would be here between 2-4pm the same day. Matt Petroff arrived after 3pm and recoginized the problem at once. He then gave me three options explained them very well I made my decision and he had the necsssary repair option available ,worked instantly and explained the defective part,reason for failure He then lubricated all hinges,made sure door was balanced properly and cleaned up the debris. This was a WOW. Just moved into town and have had multiple services and technicians at my home. Bill and Precision doors knocked it our of the park. First was when I called at 9.30p and was able to schedule appointment, then confirmation email with the name and picture of technician unbelievable. Lastly and most important was our technician Bill. He was knowledgeable(he knew product, how to use technology), kind (did a great job with myself and wife explaining), caring( I asked him how long he had worked their and he said 2 years a loved his job) and cleaned up after himself. this is a great company and will tell many about how great of an experience it was. WOW WOW WOW. This is customer satisfaction at it's best.

My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

My experience with Precision Door Service was absolutely outstanding. I called in for an issue with a broken torsion spring at 8:00 AM and Zoran Jovanovic was at my house before 12:00. Zoran had the garage door operational in no time, replacing both springs and verifying the functionality and balance of the door. I will recommend Zoran and Precision Door to everyone.
