My spring broke and they were able to have a technician come out within a couple of hours to have it fixed. Zoran was very knowledgeable and professional. The service is great, very quick. But the price is very steep. I was charged $155 for 8ft of steel cable (Home Depot has it for $20). Also $200 for a 130LB Extension Spring (Home Depot also has for $25) Additionally the steel cable was tied around itself by the technician, and I was told “Don’t touch it”. The technician was here for no more than 25min. All in all I feel ripped off.

Someone hit my garage door while I was out of town and Zoran was able to inspect it for the same day I called and reported the damage back to me. We had a sudden and extremely dangerous situation occur, as the 2 x 6 board that secures the garage door mechanism and garage door opener to the garage wall came completely loose. We were in danger of personal and/or property injury due to the tension in the door spring. Zoran, the technician, came on short notice and was able to relieve the spring and make repairs without damage--no small feat!! The repair required new cabling and re-tensioning the spring, along with some tune-ups. The door works better than ever. Thanks Zoran and Precision!

Our car was stuck in the garage after the spring broke. Since it was a Saturday, the other company which usually serviced our door said someone would call me on Monday. Even when I explained our car was stuck in the garage, I was again advised someone would call on Monday. I did a Google search for garage door repairs and Precision popped up. I called and was told a service person would be by later in the day. Zaron arrived early and fixed the problem promptly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was a great guy and very polite. Precision will now be my garage door company and I also told my neighbor about Precision. I’ll always request Zaron to be my repairman too.

I discovered our small garage door spring was broken on Saturday morning as we were leaving for our grandsons basketball game. I found Precision Door on the web when we returned later that morning. To my surprise, they answered (I thought I would have to wait until Monday). The very nice young lady on the phone said they could have a technician out that afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. A short time later Zoran called and said he was free and could arrive within the hour. Just as promised he arrived 45mins later. He was exceptionally friendly and during his inspection pointed out to me that the rollers were done for and he could replace them is I chose. I told him I would like that and an hour later he had the spring and rollers replaced. The door is 18 yrs old and now operates better than when it was new! I thought the price was very fair given it was Saturday and unscheduled. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.
