Excellent Service, Service Man was kind and knowledgable. The new garage opener is so much quiter than the old one ( was a genie ). Very happy with the service . on a scale of 1-5 I would say this is absolutely a 5.

I choose Precision Door Service based on the excellent ratings and reviews that were posted on their website. I'm glad I did! The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran! Paul Broschk was very professional and friendly. He explained everything and finished the work very quickly. The service was excellent.The only complaint I have is the price, was much more than I had thought it should have been.

Zoran was professional and represented himself and your company well. He was courteous and very clean, thorough, knowledgeable and explain all my questions well. I would recommend him and your company to anyone who had a problem with their garage door. though your service and timeliness was excellent i thought that your prices were a little high -- but i accept that for the same day service and hopefully your quick response to any future problems i may have.
