I broke my garage door when backing my car. Precision came to give an estimate for a new one. Mike patiently helped my wife pick the color to match with the other door. He also fix the broken one to look presentable temporarily and kept it in a safe position. The new door was ordered and the old one replaced by anther technician who was as nice. Anthony was efficient and professional. He completed the replacement of both torsion springs and the end bearing plates in under an hour. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing as he worked, and answered questions without any pressure. The door is working smoothly after the repair. The price was on the higher side for the parts and labor, but the work itself was done cleanly and quickly. I would use them again for future service.

Precision made it very easy to schedule service - I was able to fill out a quick form online without having to call anyone! I had called another company and had to go through voice prompts before eventually being hung up on. With Precision, I could chose my desired day, time slot, and reason for repair, got confirmation of my appointment, and someone was here right at the exact time. Anthony, the tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly - and he got right to work. Our doors worked fine but were about 5 years old and needed a tune up. Anthony got me new rollers and greased all the hinges and offered some maintenance advice. After he was done, everything was much quieter and ran very smooth. Im glad I chose Precision!

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Precision totally due to prior experiences with them and this was no different. Very very happy with the Tech Paul B and his recommendation. He worked so fast and the door is perfect now.
