Excellent, timely service. Called about 8 PM June 1, door fully repaired by 11:30 AM, June 2nd. Technician was excellent, and did a very good job explaining everything that would be done. Extremely pleased with the timely service, and would HIGHLY recommend both the company and the technician.

I was very pleased with your prompt service. The service tech; Zoran Jovanovic could not have been more helpful. Our garage door needed a lot of work to make it perform properly. Mr. Jovanovic explained all the options available; why certain parts needed to be replaced and helped us to choose the best option for our needs. My garage door spring was broken and we could not get into our garage. We called Precision, and within 12 hours Brad was at my house. He was very thorough and presented two options to correct the problem. As a women, I could not have been more pleased with the service and honesty I received from Brad by way of Precision.

I was pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. The reason I selected your company, although your price was similar to others, was the thoroughness of the estimate done by Will. Everyone at the office was very nice when I spoke to them about scheduling. When Ryan showed up to install the new door and opener, he was very pleasant and professional. I was amazed that he did the whole thing by himself. He gave me a demonstration of all the features of the opener and door. He also let me know that although he ran out of supplies for the insulation stripping (due to the odd shape of the top corners of my garage), they would return to complete the job. He also addressed a concern I had with a piece of threshold insulation that was the wrong size than what was supposed to be installed. I can't believe the difference with the new door and opener! It's amazingly quiet! Although, what he replaced was an original opener from 1970, with an old wooden door. I am hoping that the service I receive when they come back to address those two issues, will be as great as what I have received so far. Thank you!
