I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.

Yes, the problem was solved. I wish I would have known that this repair could have been done in a few hours, I would have called other places for estimatses. Does your company give Senior Discounts? We had very positive experience with everyone at Precision. From the original phone call (Shea?) to our service man Paul. Our garage door broke Friday evening. We called the 24/7 line and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Paul arrived, assessed the problem, gave us a quote and quickly and efficiently made the repair. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

I was having difficulty programming some new garage door remotes. I called Precision Door for assistance. Josette was very courteous and set up a service call for the same day. My service tech, Paul, was great to work with! very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was determined that the logic board on my 25 yr old unit was bad, so the entire unit needed to be replaced. The work was done swiftly and proficiently. I highly recommend Paul and Precision Door.

I was quoted $75 for a call out and when the bill came it was for $149. The tech was here 15 minutes and so i will never use Precision Garage Door.
