The office said the tech. was coming between 12 and 2. HE was told 10-12 and showed up at 10:30. Wires were crossed by the office. The problem I had was something that might have been answered over the phone since he explained in about 60 seconds upon arrival and nothing was done. His time wasted. BUT, I gave 5 stars because of the tech's knowledge and kindness. He was also the salesman who sold me the 2 new insulated garage doors earlier this year. I could not choose a 'service' ( below) because nothing was actually done.

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.
