We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he not only replaced the springs, but also other parts that were showing wear. The job was completed quickly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Paul did an excellent job installing and setting up my new garage door opener. i called for what was initially in my mind a repair, but needed a new install. He also assisted in setting up the app and making certain everything was programmed and functioning. Excellent service and demeanor!
