Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.

I had a 2-4 pm appointment window for service, the technician arrived early which was a blessing that freed up my afternoon.
