I had my garage door backed into and it did considerable damage. Paul came out and evaluated that it couldn't be repaired and would require replaced. The cost wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. Buy cheap get cheap. Thanks for all the help. Doug

We contacted Precision once again after 6 years due to accidentally running over a garden bucket which dislocated a sensor. I was quoted $75 for a call out and when the bill came it was for $149. The tech was here 15 minutes and so i will never use Precision Garage Door.

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.
