We needed our garage door fixed on Sunday AM and called Precison Door. Greg Carden was sent out for our repair and we couldn't have be happier. Greg was very friendly, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable in helping us with our repair. It was set up without any issues and took the time to demonstrated how it operated. You should be proud to have Greg as an employee. Thomas Hadaway LaGrange, Ohio

We had two broken springs and other related damage, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Greg showed up within an hour. He explained our options clearly and patiently, and did all the work that day. We are very happy with the results - most importantly, the door works!

The back up battery on my garage door opener was beeping. I left messages for 2 days with the company that installed my opener, but got no response. So I called Precision Door and they were able to come out the same day. Greg was on time and professional. He presented my options and replaced the battery as I requested. Very happy with the service. Patti

Came home from work and spring broke in garage door. Seen precision was highly recommended in neighborhood group so tried them out. Super happy I did. Was out to house in less than a hour. Greg Carden was our tech. Found the problem and took his time to explain the options for repair. We went with full over haul and a new opener since things were older. He had everything changed out and running in about hour and half. Price was great for everything and Greg took time to explain and program everything. Highly recommend

Hello, I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of garage-door repair. The repairman was came to our home, made an assessment and repaired the damaged door within 45 minutes. He was fast, efficient and professional. And, the cost was reasonable. I had previously call another garage-door service. A tech never showed up and the company's answering service was a nightmare! Thank you so much. Jessie

I called Precision because I was told by a few companies I would have to wait till next week. I was pleasantly surprised by their availability and courteous service. Greg was helpful and very knowledgeable. He installed a new garage door opener by letting me know about all the benefits on my own.. pretty sure I made a good choice.

The technician was very good and helped me out. However the new opener is VERY LOUD and would not operate any of my existing equipment. He did try, But would not work and told me that in order to have them work i needed to buy some box at the price of $200.00 more dollars. Other than that he was done in no time at all. I also wanted a screw drive and ended up with a belt drive not sure if that is why it is so loud.

Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

Thank you for your prompt efficient service to repair my garage door. Greg, your technician arrived early for our appointment and Serviced the door and repaired the broken cable within a short period of time. I had originally called another garage door service company and I would have been waiting for 3 days for a repair. I would be happy to recommend your services

Calling at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning and having someone from Precision Door show up at 11:00 am was such a blessing. The technincian, Greg, was extremely courteous and professional. Greg and I discussed the condition of the garage door and my husband & I both agreed that replacing the door was the best option for us. Greg was very helpful in making this decision. I also want to say that Greg helped me get my vehicle out of the garage and he made a stressful situation stress free for me. I am looking forward to the installation of our new garage door.
