Called Precision to repair my garage door which was knocked off track. This is my second time using the company. It was easy and efficient to set up the appointment, they responded quickly and did a great job repairing my garage door. The Tech was professional, friendly and competent. I would recommend Precision and will call them in the future should I have a need.

Good Day, Very unhappy with your quoting process for garage door openers. I informed the representative who placed the order that the garage had 2 single doors. The representative only quoted 1 garage door opener, including 2 remotes, battery backup and keypad & tech visit charge. Imagine our surprise when the tech showed up to install and he said we needed 2 garage door openers. Apparently, one garage opener can not open 2 single garage doors, which makes sense, but I was never informed of that information from the representative who provided me the quote. As a result and based on the quote the representative provided on the phone, we downgraded from 1 belt driven opener to 2 chain garage door openers. Very misleading and a huge disappointment. Our company will not recommend nor do business with you guys again.

Tech arrived on time, price very expensive. Tech did not do (25 point inspection) as soon as he left I closed the door the garage door motor blew up, (coincidence) could be. Offered to sell me a new opener for $655 which seems high. Had to call tech Back the next day because tension springs were uneven which he should of noticed 1st time around. When he did come back he wanted to charge me $110 to replace it. Was not comfortable with this company.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

I am an old man. I've been around and flim-flammed for a long time. Today, I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I found a really great service company. Precision Garage Door Inc.! I heartily recommend them them to everyone. Promptness, courtesy, expertise, you name it, they are the best. If you're lucky, you'll get service rep Greg come to fix your problem. He's super! I feel I lucked out when I contacted Precision.

Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.

Our garage door broke early morning. Precision was able to come on the same day at the time promised. The service technician, Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. he had all the necessary parts with him on the truck. We would very much recommend Precision door service.
