Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.

Your service representative was actually early for the appointment, which usually doesn't happen in today's society. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. If he were my employee I would be proud of him. Your company trucks had a very descriptive logo on it so there would be no question about who was pulling into my driveway. And I loved the fact that even before he came I received an e-mail for confirmation with the service employees pictures so I could identify who was coming for service. The BBB Rating is also a PLUS! Thank you for quick service and if we should need anything your company could supply we will definitely be contacting you.

The technician arrived early due to a short first appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented the solution. He took less than an hour and cleaned up afterward. It was a good experience. I have used precision before.

Have a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Called for service and was told the cracking panels at the center of the top (2) panels were not covered under warranty as they are not considered parts. Was laughed at by the parts manager when told I had to pay for the service call and argued on having to pay a restocking charge for panels not yet ordered. Finally was able to get my money refunded after having to argue for more than 10 minutes over why I should have to pay anything at all based on my LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated by both the service department and parts department,

Precision Door...great company! I would highly recommend them. My garage door broke late on a Saturday evening. I wasn’t sure what service companies would be available, if any, on a weekend. So,I went to Angie‘s list. Precision Door’s high rating, 24 hour available service and no extra charge for weekend service immediately caught my eye. I called and spoke to Jennifer. Wonderful lady. She tried to get me immediate service on Saturday, but that didn’t work out. However, she did set me up for service Sunday morning, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, a snapped steel cable. I also knew beforehand I needed to replace my garage door. Greg quickly and efficiently got my door back in operating condition, and explained all my options. He gave me a quote to replace my door and even applied some discounts that saved me $200!! I gave him the ok to order the door. That would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very grateful to Greg for his professionalism and efficiency. Today, two weeks later, my new door was installed by John Gilles. It took him 2 hours from start to finish. Unbelievable!! He was fantastic!! I am very happy with the new door and John’s installation. He is obviously a skilled tradesman that knows his craft well. Nice guy too! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this company.

I couldn't have had a better experience today. I called the company at 8:15 am to have my garage door opener looked at. By 9:55 Greg arrived at my door. He was very polite and professional. He replaced my garage door opener and was gone by 11:10 am. It doesn't get any better than that!

Found your excellent ad in the Yellow Pages. I never expected anyone would be able to visit our home on the same day I made the call. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer. I am an old man. I've been around and flim-flammed for a long time. Today, I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I found a really great service company. Precision Garage Door Inc.! I heartily recommend them them to everyone. Promptness, courtesy, expertise, you name it, they are the best. If you're lucky, you'll get service rep Greg come to fix your problem. He's super! I feel I lucked out when I contacted Precision.
