The day of the appointment, the technician called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He was quick and efficient. He provided a quote and I promptly gave a deposit. The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away.
