On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.

I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed my repair. Checked to make sure all was operating well. Was thoughtful and careful not to get my house dirty when walking thru to the garage. Explained options for repairs needed and also gave options for upgrading existing parts which are past their warranty period. Unlike a company I had called first and did not agree to use, this gentleman did not use any pressure tactics to try to get me to purchase parts I did not need!!
