They did great work repairing a safety sensor. What I really liked was they came the same day. They said they would come between noon and 2:00. They called at noon and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Usually repair people would say between noon and 2:00. They would call at 3:00 and say they're running behind and they'll be there in 30 minutes. They come at 4:00.

The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. I called because I could not get my door open manually even when I deactivated the electronic opener. Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner. He looked at our garage door and let us know what it would cost to repair it. Work was done in a timely manner and the door works great now. Would recommend this company.

I received service in 2006 for the springs on my garage door which lasted up to now. I think they lasted good considering the heaviness of the door. My hope is this second set last just as long!
