I was really impressed with the service from Precision Garage Doors, from scheduling the appointment to dealing with the technician, Nick. He arrived early and the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. He also checked out the whole garage door system and gave some recommendations for maintaining the door. I was really happy with the service and the company.

I was able to schedule a repair time online for the next day. Nick did an awesome job fixing my garage door! He showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything really clearly so I knew what was being done. I definitely recommend Precision for any garage door repairs!

The young man who was here to replace a lower panel on our garage door was outstanding. After his original assessment he got right back to us and located a replacement. We certainly felt much safer than having to wait a month or more for a replacement. The damage took place on a Friday and he was back with a panel replacement by Monday. Thank you so very much. We really will recommend Precision! The Hardys Westlake, Ohio

The person who came here did a good job and resolved the problem in no time - he gave a cheaper alternative than brand new door that we cannot afford right now.

They did great work repairing a safety sensor. What I really liked was they came the same day. They said they would come between noon and 2:00. They called at noon and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Usually repair people would say between noon and 2:00. They would call at 3:00 and say they're running behind and they'll be there in 30 minutes. They come at 4:00.

I am very happy with the service provided. When I called an actual person answered the phone. They took my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment, the technician called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He was quick and efficient. He provided a quote and I promptly gave a deposit. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. They answered my call immediately, dispatched Nick same day, and he had everything as it should be within 30 minutes of arriving. Now that's incredible service that is unheard of!
