I used Precision Garage Door Service previously to have springs replaced on the garage door. One spring broke recently and I called Precision again for a repair. I received an appointment time for the repair on the next day. Technician Nick Fleming left a message he was on the way and arrived at the appointment time. Nick had the replacement springs in his truck and had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in a limited amount of time. Nick also answered any questions I had on the service. As the original springs used by Precision had a lifetime warranty, reasonable service and labor fees were only incurred.
