Our experiences with Precision Door have been great. Brad was our technician both times and did a great job replacing the springs on one door and installing a new opener on another. He even went out of his way to fix another minor issue we were having while he was here. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door service.

Review:

When we called the person we talked to on the phone gave us an arrivale time 2pm 4pm. Brad arrived almost 45 min early. to us that was great. He came to the door and idenified him self. Asked question on what was wrong with the opener. Verbally trouble shooting the problem. It took him a short time to find the problem. He fixed it quickly and even talked to me about preventive mantaines for the opener. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything he did and why. My husband was not avalable so I had to make sure I had all the answers for him. Thanks, Brad for a Job Well Done Mrs. DeFiore
