Excellent service. Called to let me know they could get to my house early if that was ok. Arrived promptly and evaluated situation. Explained what had to be done (new coil springs) and what would be selective if I desired ( bearing plates and rollers). Very polite and no hard sales attempt. Finished job in less than an hour. I called because I remembered there was a garage door service place close to our home. I was happy to have someone come out within a couple hours. John Franks installed our new opener because he was knowledgeable about our old opener and he reassured us the opener learn button was broken as we suspected. He did a terrific job in less than 2 hours as promised. He explained everything about the new opener and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend him and your company.

My garage door opener died and I knew it needed to be replaced. I looked on line and selected Precision Garage Door Service after reading all of the positive reviews. I liked being able to schedule on line for a time that met my needs. The technician, Zoran, called shortly before the scheduled time to confirm appt. He arrived on time and got right to work— replaced the bad opener with a new one and also replaced the worn rollers. It was expensive but was done quickly and all debris was cleaned up. And I had it all done the same day so my cars would not have to sit outside overnight. The technician was very polite and friendly— he explained how to do some basic routine care of the new equipment, which was appreciated. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to family and friends.

I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.
