We are pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Our door was damaged which cause the door not to open or close sometime. We call Precision Garage Door Service. They came out to fix the garage door and they did fix the door. The installer suggested we needed a new door. Today, we received our new door, it is quieter and looks 100% better then our old door. Thank you and talented installer (He was so nice.) for providing a stress free morning and our new beautiful garage door.

Garage door wouldn’t open. Saw the broken spring. Called Precision at 3:30p. Quick answer and spoke with a friendly and helpful woman in scheduling immediately. Quick scheduling, great communication, and received text and email confirming the appointment for between 4-6p same day (Sunday). By 415p, repair technician Paul arrived, who was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the needed repair. Completed the work and testing in 30 mins. Walked me thru the repairs made and provided me some maintenance tips. Fully functional and repaired garage door. Very happy.

I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The spring on my garage door broke just as I pulled into the garage. I called a family member who used your company last year and got the phone number. I immediately called and someone answered the phone . She was able to set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. I was elated. The technician ( Zoran) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, gave me the quote and began the job. I appreciated him. It only took an hour and I was able to put my car back into the garage. Great job!!! I would recommend him and the company to friends. Great experience!!!

The spring on my garage door snapped without warning just when I had an MD appointment. I could not lift the door manually. I called precision because they installed my opener a year ago. Paul did a great job explaining what repairs were needed, and then got things fixed very quickly. He was courteous and professional. The scheduler also did a great job in setting up Paul's visit. We went from a broken spring, cables and rollers mid-afternoon on a Thursday to a repaired and improved door operation before 9 am on the following day. Very nicely done.

This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in.
