What a great experience I just had with Bill Adamini of Precision Door Service. He clearly explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. He also called 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I also appreciated the safety checklist he performed on each door and he showed me everything very clearly on his IPad. Thanks, Bill, for your high level of professionalism. I also liked that I called on a Sunday and talked to a person and not an automated system.

We previously used Precision Door and because of the great service on that visit we called them again. Set the appt. for the following day. Tech called on his way over. Bill did a great job! He called and was able to come a little early after the last job and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain the situation, my options and answered all my questions. He replaced the rollers, chain drive gear, spring and put in a center bearing plate that was missing. He also took a quick look at my second garage door to let me know what I may want to address/maintenance in the near future. Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back out if I run into a problem again.

All is a model employee. He evaluated my broken garage door opener and gave me several recommendations. He worked very diligently replacing the mechanism. I checked on him several times because it was very cold and, eventually dark outside. He would always give a big smile and say he was doing just fine and keeping warm. The garage door works beautifully now! Thank-you Al, for being so pleasant and courteous!

Everything went well. Zoran called to let me know his previous job was running late - He arrived at the promised time. He was very knowledgeable with our current problem and offered all options to fix/replace garage opener. He was efficient, meticulous and polite. Great job!

I just took a chance today in the Yellow Pages when my spring broke. I was never pressured, but ended up taking care of all my issues on my garage door and opener. Zoran was great and professional and answered all my questions. Did a great job and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Initially the garage door was mis-measured,but once the problem was recognized, Precision personnel did everything they could to correct it. Ryan, who installed the door was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was surprised with was that when the final sidings were added to the door frame, they were not caulked to seal them. I will have to buy some caulking to get that piece completed.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision

Precision did a fantastic job with my garage door repair. They showed up when they said they would, Zann did a super job of inspecting and explaining the the issues with my door and had it fixed in a couple hours. My garage door now works better and is far quietter than it had ever been before. I fully recommend Precision for any garage door repair needs you might have.

Ryan did a great job selling us the new door, and then installing the door as well. He is truly an asset to your company, and we will pass the word about Precision's high quality products and people. One detail left unattended is the manufacturer's statement that the door is insulated and qualifies for the renewed 10% tax credit passed with the recent Fiscal Cliff vote.
