Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken. He changed the springs and within 1 hour he was gone. UNBELIEVABLE service! A BIG 5 STAR REVIEW and a huge thank you to John Franks for his service.

Very professional and thorough in explaining what needed to be done to repair our issue and the full service recommended due to the age of the door. no pressure either way. The back up battery on my garage door opener was beeping. I left messages for 2 days with the company that installed my opener, but got no response. So I called Precision Door and they were able to come out the same day. Greg was on time and professional. He presented my options and replaced the battery as I requested.
